Shipping Policy

We want to be upfront about how shipping works at Rebel Ape® so there are no surprises. Please read this before placing your order.

2. Processing & Fulfillment

All Rebel Ape® products are made on demand. Once you place your order, it goes into production. Fulfillment takes 7–14 business days depending on the item.

  • Some orders may contain items that will ship separately.
  • Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. After your order has been fulfilled, standard delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We do not currently offer expedited shipping. All orders ship via standard delivery.

4. High-Demand Seasons

During peak shopping periods including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes and carrier capacity limits. Shipping costs may also temporarily increase during these periods.

We will notify you of any delays or changes through our website and via email. Please check your inbox and our site for updates during these times.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Here's what to keep in mind:

  • Allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to show activity after you receive it.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before you complete checkout. We begin processing orders quickly, which means address changes may not always be possible after an order is placed.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@rebelapegear.com and we'll do our best to help before the order moves into production.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  • Contact your local post office or carrier first using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation they often have the most up-to-date information on a package's status.

Please note: we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with your local post office and checking with neighbors.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We are actively working to expand to international destinations including the UK, Canada, the Caribbean, and West Africa. Stay tuned for updates on when international shipping becomes available.
