 RETURN, EXCHANGE & ORDER POLICY

We want your experience with Rebel Ape to be straightforward and stress-free. Please take a moment to read our policy before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Cancellations

We get it sometimes you change your mind. That's why we give you a 3-day window to cancel your order after it's been placed.

 

  • Contact us within 3 days of placing your order to request a cancellation.
  • If your cancellation is approved within that window, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once your order moves into production, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
  • To cancel, reach out to us at info@rebelapegear.com with your order number.

Tip: If you need to cancel, don't wait. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance your order hasn't entered production yet.

 

All Sales Are Final — General Products

With the exception of shoes (see below), all Rebel Ape products are made to order. Because of this:

 

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on general orders once production has begun.
  • Please review your order carefully including items, sizes, and quantities before checking out.
  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an incorrect address.

We stand behind every pair of shoes we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, whether it's the fit, the size, or anything else we want to make it right.

 

 

 

 

Here's how it works:

 

  • Contact us to request a return and confirm your shipping address.
  • Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Shoes must be in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Once we confirm your return, a delivery company will collect your package free of charge.
  • A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned shoes. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s)

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been stolen or mis-delivered, please contact your local carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.
